The latest edition to Montblanc’s Great Characters collection is a tribute to the life and legacy of Enzo Ferrari: Italian motor racing driver, entrepreneur and founder of the Scuderia Ferrari racing team and the Ferrari company.

Every detail of this pen evokes the achievements and character of Enzo Ferrari. The colour of this pen is inspired by the logo of Scuderia Ferrari, made from precious yellow resin with a dark metal trim. The cone is engraved with the dates of Enzo Ferrari’s birth and his first racing victory. Cap top crowned with the Montblanc emblem in blue resin, embedded in a metal grid, paying homage to the city of Modena and inspired a vintage car grill.

The back of the cap shows the prancing horse, the famous emblem of Ferrari cars. The clip in metal is adorned with a famous quote by Enzo: “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it.” The ring on the cap top features the engraving “OFFICINA MECCANICA ALFREDO FERRARI”, a reference to Ferrari’s father Alfredo’s workshop and his birthplace.
