The Kaweco Brass Sport is made from solid brass with a raw finish that will darken and develop a unique patina over time, giving it an antique, vintage feel. Its weighty, well-balanced construction is perfect for those who prefer a more substantial pen.

The sporty and compact looks of these fountain pens transcend time and are just as attractive today as they were when they were first created years ago. Each pen is compact when capped (4.1 inches long) but very comfortable when posted (5.2 inches long). Thus the Kaweco slogan “Small in the pocket, great in the hand.”

Made in Germany, the pen features a screw-on cap for extra security, a chrome-plated steel nib with iridium tip, and a metal Kaweco logo on the cap tip.

One blue ink cartridge is included. The cartridge comes inside the barrel of the pen. If the cartridge seems to be stuck inside the barrel, try gently tapping the barrel against a hard surface a few times to dislodge it.

This pen has a noticeable metallic scent that can transfer to the user’s hand for a short time after use.

Note: The metal body of this pen can be corroded by prolonged contact with ink. Be sure to clean off any ink that gets onto its surface, and do not use it as an eyedropper pen.
