This 2026 Jibun Techo Biz notebook contains the DIARY volume in a slightly different version than theJibun Techo First Kit, while keeping the same organizational features. Its cover also has space to keep business cards and small photos.

This notebook does not include LIFE and IDEA, both can be purchased separately and are interchangeable. Insert the booklets in the Jibun Techo Biz cover whenever youre ready to buy them. The purpose of Jibun Techo is to be able to build up as much or as little as you need.

DIARY the first and best known of three volumes

All Jibun Techo series have their own carefully considered DIARY design and format. For the Jibun Techo Biz, its a weekly format with a 24-hour vertical schedule. This version features slightly more refined typography and a muted color scheme that looks just right in a business context.

Wether you work night shifts or have early morning business meetings, keep track of it all with the 24-hour timeline. Next to your detailed weekly vertical schedule is a spacious task list and small month-at-a-glance calendar. It conveniently acts as a habit tracker as well, featuring extra logs such as a mood tracker, weather logs, moon phases and empty space to add your own entries.

This weekly format runs from December to January, accompanied by monthly spreads covering December to March, and a yearly schedule. It also features additional two-month overviews, ideal for managing the progress of projects. Among the remaining pages you will find yearly reflections, financial planning, and lists: for gifts, books and movies or your favorite phrases.

This DIARY volume is printed on Kokuyos premium 60gsm MIO paper, featuring faster-drying and lower-show-through properties. The sheets have a pleasantly substantial feel, so the pages turn nice and crisply.

Kokuyo translates the pages in pdf’s in English. This way you can understand the additional and planner pages. For the additional pages they created cut-outs which you can cut and paste in the pages position. You can download these from our blogpost.

Here in Amsterdam, we flicked through the pages, in awe of its magnitude, smiled by some of the smart office solutions and stationery items and surprised by the variety of products. We realized Kokuyo is true to its heritage, but also constantly thinking and moving forward.
