The cover design is inspired by a Something Blue wedding bouquet, composed mainly of blue flowers such as anemones, delphiniums, and globe thistles. Inside, the diary pages continue this theme, showcasing various beloved blue flowers that are also popular in gardening.
The 2026 edition includes five new floral designs. For example, the June page features the elegant green hydrangea Annabelle along with refreshing blackberries and Juneberries.
