The Platinum Preppy is an excellent starter fountain pen, especially for the price! Available in 3 tip sizes (although the colorful options are all in F (.3 mm) tip size. You can get around this by purchasing an EF or M pen and filling with any color cartridge. Nib is stainless steel. Each pen includes one ink cartridge, additional ink cartridges available in packs of 2 and packs of 10. EF (.2mm) tip size is available at an extra charge. Don’t ask us why, we don’t manufacture the product. 🙂 Made in Japan, of course!
