Turkish Walnut fountain pen

Wooden fountain pen, handmade in stunning stabilised Turkish Walnut. The comfortable shape in the hand is complemented by the wonderful natural feel and warmth of the wood with a final coat of wax finish.

The pen features a quality German made medium nib. It has titanium gold coloured fittings with a brushed gold type centre band. The cap on this pen is not postable. The overall length of the pen is around 150mm and around 14mm at the widest part of the wood. The pens weigh in at around 43g capped and around 23g uncapped.

Each pen will vary slightly as no two pieces of wood are quite the same.

The pen will be shipped in the recyclable card case as pictured. Along with an ink cartridge to get you started and also an ink convertor so you are able to make use of bottled ink.

All pens are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body of the pen is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen on each pen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality pen components for long lasting performance.
